Payment Terms, Cancellation, and Rescheduling Policy
Full payment is required at the time of booking to confirm our services.
A non-refundable deposit of £250 is included in this payment to secure the event date.
In the event of a cancellation by the client, £250 will be retained by the company as a non-refundable deposit, and the remaining balance will be refunded. However, if the cancellation occurs within seven (7) calendar days of the scheduled event, the full amount paid will be forfeited, and no refund will be issued.
Should the client wish to reschedule the event, and provided that the new date is available, all monies paid will be transferred to the new date. If a mutually agreeable date cannot be confirmed, all monies paid will be forfeited.
